Congressman J. Randy Forbes OF Virginia's Fourth Congressional District (VA-04) recently received the Guardian of Small Business award by the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation's leading small business association. The record shows that Republican Forbes is a true champion of small business, having stood strong on the key small-business votes in the 110th Congress, NFIB President and CEO Todd Stottlemyer said.
